A remote-controlled bomb targeted a military convoy in Bara tehsil of Khyber Agency on Wednesday, killing three soldiers and injuring one.

According to official sources, the attack took place in Momanri area of Bara tehsil.

The military convoy was coming to Bara tehsil from Ferozkhel town of Orakzai when it came under attack.

One vehicle was completely damaged in the attack.

After the incident, security forces reached the scene and started a rescue operation.
